  • 2. Conclusion of Contract
    • 2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an order.
    • 2.2 By clicking the “Buy Now“ button, the customer places a binding for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order occurs immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
    • 2.3 The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered items.
  • 3. Prices and Shipping Costs
    • 3.1 The Prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
    • 3.2 For orders with a value of CHF 39.90 or more, shipping of all products and orders is generally free to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All products from our stock are shipped via Swiss Post. For orders under CHF 39.90, we charge shipping costs of CHF 7.50
  • 4. Delivery and Deliver Times
    • 4.1 The delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
    • 4.2 The delivery time is usually 3-4 working days unless otherwise stated. If all ordered products are not in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer. The following countries are serviced: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
    • 4.3 If the delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's fault despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract and any payments made will be refunded immediately.
  • 5. Payment Terms
    • Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Twint. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
  • 6. Right of Withdrawal
    • 6.1 We grant you a voluntary right of withdrawal of 30 days from the receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can withdraw from your purchase without providing any reasons and return the goods to us. The condition for the return is that the goods are in an unused condition, complete, and in the original packaging. Additionally, the valid return form must be included.
    • 6.2 The costs of return shipping are to be borne by the customer. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized items or goods that were made according to specific customer requests.

  • 8. Warranty and Liability
    • 8.1 Until full payment has been made, the goods remain our property.

  • 9. Data Protection
    • We collect and process personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
  • 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    • Swiss law is applicable. The exclusive place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is at the supplier's registered office: 7250 Klosters.
  • 11. Liability
    • The supplier is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Any further liability, especially for indirect damages and consequential damages, is expressly excluded.
  • 12. Severability Clause
    • Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the ineffective or unenforceable provision, the effective and enforceable regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective or unenforceable provision shall be deemed agreed upon.
  • 13. Changes to the GTC
    • The supplier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be appropriately communicated to the buyer. The amended terms and conditions will be deemed accepted if the buyer does not object in writing within 30 days of notification.
  • 14. Final Provision
    • These GTC govern all rights and obligations of the contracting parties. Side agreements, changes, or additions must be in writing.
