ORDERING PROCES
How can I place an order in the online shop?
Select the corresponding size and/or color of your desired product and add it to your personal shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can modify this selection at any time before submitting your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the online shop. You can also redeem promotion codes & vouchers in the shopping cart. By accepting the terms and conditions and clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will move on to the next step of the ordering process
Is there a minimum order value?
For orders equal to or above CHF 39.90, shipping of all products and orders is generally free to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All products from our own warehouse are shipped via Swiss Post. For orders below CHF 39.90, shipping costs of CHF 7.50 will be applied.
How can I redeem my discount code?
If you have a discount code that you would like to redeem, simply enter it in the "Discount Code" field in the shopping cart and then click Apply. Your discount will be immediately displayed and deducted.
Can I modify or cancel my order afterwards?
Once your order has been placed, we will promptly begin processing your request. Therefore, modifications afterwards are unfortunately not possible. However, you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually 3-4 working days unless otherwise specified.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is not generated during dispatch. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
My order could not be delivered.
You will usually receive a notification that a delivery attempt has been made and what you need to do to receive the parcel. Note: Please also check whether the parcel has been delivered to the drop-off location you specified.
My package arrived damaged.
If you notice any damage to the goods upon receipt, please make a note of this on the shipping papers and have the delivery person acknowledge it. Afterwards, please send us a message via support@snowlife.ch.
If you notice any shipping damage afterwards, please also inform our customer service via email and describe the damage as accurately as possible and send us a picture of the damaged package. We will then discuss the necessary steps with you. Note: Please keep the damaged package for possible inspection until the case is fully resolved.
I provided the wrong delivery address.
Once you have submitted your order on the online shop, we immediately begin processing your order. Therefore, changing the delivery address afterwards is unfortunately not possible.
I received an incorrect order.
We apologize for delivering the wrong item. Please inform our customer service directly at support@snowlife.ch. We will then discuss the necessary steps with you.
My order was incomplete.

Can I order from outside the EU?
Unfortunately, for now, it is only possible to place orders from Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return an item?
You can return unused items in undamaged original packaging to us at your own cost within 30 days. If you wish to exchange for a different version, we ask you to place a new order. You can find all information on the return process here.
How long do I have to return an item?
Within 30 days of receiving the order, you can return unused and original packaged items to us at your own cost.
Is the return of items free?
The return fee for intact products will not be covered and will be at the customer's expense. If an ordered item arrived damaged with you, please contact customer service at support@snowlife.ch. You can find all information on the return process here.
Are there items excluded from returns?
Please understand that returns of already used items are unfortunately not possible. Items may only be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging to us.
Where do I find my return label?
We kindly ask you to label the parcel yourself.

I received a defective item.

An item is missing from the package.

I ordered the wrong size.
Once you have submitted your order on the online shop, we immediately begin processing your order. Therefore, changing the size afterwards is unfortunately not possible. However, within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return unworn and original packaged items to us. You can find a detailed guide to our return process here. If you wish to exchange for a different version, we ask you to place a new order.
How do I get a refund?

WARRANTY
What are the warranty terms?
Snowlife provides a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note: Complaints based on minor differences in battery charging states during charging or heating operations are excluded from the warranty.
Naturally, production-related tolerances apply to the batteries. These differences have no noticeable impact on the heating performance and heating duration of the product.

HEATED PRODUCTS
How do the heated products work?
Our heated products feature an embedded heating element that is powered by a battery. Instructions for our products can be found here.
How should I use the heated products?
The products work best when they are turned on at the lowest setting before leaving the house. It is crucial that the body never cools down. If the body is already cold, the heated textiles will not be able to warm it up. Therefore, it is ideal to use the products at the lowest setting from the beginning and increase the heating power as needed.
Why should I choose to buy heated gloves from Snowlife?
Snowlife is a true classic in Switzerland and has been active in this field since 1973. If you use your gloves regularly and are willing to invest in a high-quality product, then Snowlife is definitely the best choice.
Should I buy finger or mitten gloves? Which is better for heat retention?
In practice, women often prefer mittens, while men tend to favor finger gloves. Ultimately, the choice is yours and depends on your personal preference.
Traditionally, it was believed that mittens provide better insulation as there is only one enclosed space.
While this advantage holds true, the new heated gloves from Snowlife feature separate heating loops for each finger. As a result, this argument for heated gloves is no longer as significant.
What models are available, and what are the differences?
Snowlife offers classic and very warm gloves for winter and snow sports. The latest collection is the DT series, available in both finger and mitten glove styles. The models come in a slimmer fit for women and a classic fit for men. All DT models can be found here.
Since October 2021, Snowlife has introduced the BIOS Heat DT, a new model specifically designed for winter leisure activities. Its slim design makes it ideal for motorcyclists, cyclists, paragliders, walkers, market vendors, hikers, and cross-country skiers. However, it is important to note that due to the thin lining, the battery is heavily used. The name BIOS stands for Bike, Outdoor, and Snow.
